Taylor brings a decade of real estate development experience spanning institutional multifamily, build-for-rent, and residential communities across the Southeast. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Taylor began his career with Dovetail Developers in Athens, where he managed and delivered luxury student housing projects in Florida, Texas, and Louisiana. He later joined a national homebuilder, playing a key role in the launch and growth of new residential communities. After earning his MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, Taylor joined RangeWater Real Estate, where he executed institutional-scale build-for-rent and multifamily developments in Georgia and Florida. Today, Taylor leads Kelly Street with a vision that blends large-scale development expertise with his family’s deeply rooted legacy in master-planned community building — creating timeless, multi-generational neighborhoods designed to endure.
