Our build for rent platform is highly selective by design. We focus on a narrow set of markets and opportunities where we have deep local knowledge and long standing relationships. Our roots in Coastal Georgia provide consistent first looks at sites and access to off market opportunities that never reach a broad marketing process.

These local connections allow us to evaluate land with greater conviction around entitlement, timing, and execution. Once capital partners define their investment priorities, we are able to source sites and shape product to meet that demand rather than forcing deals to fit a predetermined model.

Execution is supported by a programmatic relationship with our family’s homebuilding company, Smith Family Homes, which has decades of experience building across the Savannah region. This alignment allows us to move quickly, maintain cost certainty, and structure deals creatively while remaining disciplined. The result is a platform that prioritizes quality, speed, and selectivity over volume.
